Northtick Trading is a software tool for market analysis and automation. It displays market information and generates suggestions mechanically from rules, strategies and parameters that you choose and activate.

Northtick Trading is not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, portfolio manager or financial institution. Northtick Trading is not registered with, licensed by or supervised by any financial regulator in any jurisdiction.

Northtick Trading does not hold client funds, does not execute transactions on your behalf unless you explicitly enable an automated execution feature, and does not manage any account for you.

Every suggestion displayed by the Service is generated automatically from the parameters you have set. A suggestion is not a personalized assessment of your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance, and it does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed or based on data that contains errors. Past behaviour of a rule or a market is not a reliable indicator of future results.

You are solely responsible for every trading or investment decision you make, whether or not it relates to a suggestion, and for all resulting gains or losses.

If you choose to enable any automated execution feature, you do so at your own initiative and under your sole responsibility. You remain responsible for monitoring your accounts, positions and connections at all times.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and of any trading account complies with the laws applicable to you.

Trading currencies, indices, commodities, crypto-assets and stocks, including contracts for difference and other leveraged products on margin carries a high risk of loss. Losses can exceed the capital you invested. Read the Risk Disclosure before using the Service.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

The Service is currently offered as a beta and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time. Any future paid plan will be presented in USD before you subscribe.

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it, or redistribute its content without permission.

The Service, its software, design and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the rules and data you create; you grant us a limited licence to process them in order to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or any financial outcome. No result or return is promised or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northtick Trading and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any suggestion.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in the Service. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms. For any question, contact us through the Service.
