Risk Disclosure

Last updated: 2026-10-09

Read this disclosure carefully before using Northtick Trading or acting on any suggestion.

1. High risk of loss

Trading currencies, indices, commodities, crypto-assets and stocks, including contracts for difference and other leveraged instruments, on margin carries a high level of risk. A small market movement can produce large losses. Losses can exceed the capital you invested, and you may be required to deposit additional funds.

2. Leverage

Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

3. Market risks

Prices can move rapidly due to economic data, central-bank decisions, political events or low liquidity. Gaps, slippage and wide spreads can cause execution at prices very different from those displayed.

4. Nature of suggestions

Northtick Trading suggestions are generated mechanically from rules and parameters you choose. They do not take into account your personal financial situation, objectives or knowledge. They are not investment advice and are not a promise of any result. Historical behaviour is not a reliable indicator of future results.

5. Technology risks

Data feeds, internet connections, software and third-party platforms can fail, be delayed or contain errors. Automated features can behave unexpectedly. You must monitor your positions at all times.

6. Automated execution

If you enable any automated execution feature, orders may be sent without your manual confirmation at the moment of execution. You alone decide to enable such features and you remain fully responsible for their consequences.

7. No regulatory status

Northtick Trading is a software tool. It is not an investment adviser, broker or portfolio manager and is not registered with any financial regulator. Your broker, not Northtick Trading, holds your funds and executes your orders.

8. Seek independent help

If you are unsure whether leveraged trading suits you, consult an independent, appropriately licensed professional before trading.
